Oil-only Spill Kits
Designed for hydrocarbon spills, such as hydraulic hoses and engine oil. Fuel and oil spill kits won’t absorb water being hydrophobic. This means they are extremely effective when oil is spilled on water. Well suited to mechanical applications, machinery and construction based companies on or off the water.

We supply spill kits in a wide range of affordable options from small portable carry style kits that are perfect for vehicles and smaller applications, through to standard wheelie bin style kits for larger applications. Our absorbents are effective and readily replaceable. We can also customize large-scale solutions where required such as permanent wharf and port kits, containerized systems, skids and trailers.
Spill Kits offer an effective and immediate response to a broad variety of spills, from common fluids and oils to chemicals and even hazardous liquids that can be detrimentally damaging to the environment. Having Spill Kits on site is highly beneficial in the event of a spill and they allow the user to efficiently and successfully clean up spills. The spill kits are available for 3 different applications, maintenance or everyday spills, oils and chemicals, which all contain a variety of items depending on the spill kit. It is an essential product for use around working sits, factories, workshops and warehouse.
Within our Spill Kit ranges, we have PVC Bags available in 30 litre capacities, and Wheeled Bin Kits which are available in 80 litre, 120 litre, 240 litre capacities. The wheeled bin spill kits are mobile, easy to handle and store and can be re-filled.

Instructions:
1. Notify the surrounding environment and personnel of the spill, then determine the appropriate applications of the spill kits.
2. Open and remove the contents from the spill kits.
3. Choose the protective equipments in the spill kits, such as the face shield , goggles and gloves.
4. Confine and contain the spill.
① connect the sorbent socks one by one and surround the spill area to avoid further expand pollution.
② cover the sorbent pillows on the spill area, which will have an effective and immediate response to the spill depending on its strong absorption ability.
③ use the sorbent pads to absorb the remains left by socks and pillows, pads will do the final and complete absorption dispose.
5. Remove the disposable bags from the spill kits, clean up all the solid material to a plastic dust pan and dump into the disposable bags, then put back into the containers.
6. Pick up the spill kits and dispose of.
